Orders and pickup
All orders are pickup only. We do not ship. At checkout you will be asked for your student\’s name and advisory so orders can be distributed at school.
When you will get your order
- In-stock spirit wear — distributed within one week of ordering
- House sorting shirts — printed after the annual order window closes; allow three to four weeks
- Concession pre-orders — pick up at the stand during the event
- Donations — no pickup; you will receive an emailed receipt
Returns and exchanges
Sizing exchanges are accepted within 14 days of pickup on unworn, unwashed items, subject to availability. Refunds are issued for items we cannot fulfill, duplicate charges, and orders cancelled before production begins.
Custom and printed items — including house sorting shirts — cannot be returned or exchanged once printed, since they are made to order in a single annual run.
Donations are non-refundable except in the case of a processing error.
