The Upper Archers PSO board is made up of Upper School parents who volunteer their time to run the organization. You can reach any board member at the PSO email address below, and we will route your message to the right person.

Committees
Committees do the week-to-week work of the PSO. Each is led by a parent volunteer, and all of them welcome help — you do not need to commit to a whole year to pitch in.
- Spirit Wear — store inventory, vendor relationships, order fulfillment
- Concessions — stocking and staffing the stand at events
- Teacher Appreciation — lunches, gifts, and faculty recognition
- Snack Sacks — fall and spring finals collection and distribution
- House Sorting — the annual ceremony, shirts, and house traditions
- Events — dances, celebrations, and school-year traditions
- Fundraising — donations, business sponsorships, and campaigns
Meetings
PSO meetings are open to all Upper School parents. Dates are posted on the calendar. Minutes from past meetings are available on request.

Board nominations open each spring. If you are interested in serving, or in chairing a committee, reach out through the contact page — we would rather hear from you early than have you wait for a formal call.
