Ongoing roles

• Concessions — work the stand at athletics and performances, typically a two‑hour shift
• Teacher appreciation — help plan or deliver faculty lunches and gifts
• Event setup and cleanup — dances, celebrations, field day
• Library and classroom help — as requested by Upper School teachers
• Spirit wear fulfillment — sorting and distributing store orders
• Fundraising committee — donations, business sponsorships, campaigns
• Photography — capture PSO events for the site and family communications

Before you volunteer on campus

Great Hearts requires a background check for volunteers who work directly with students. The academy front office handles this — start early, since it can take a couple of weeks.
