Snack Sacks — Fall Finals
Twice a year we send every Upper School student into finals week with a snack sack. Sign up to contribute an item or a shift.
Snack Sacks — Spring Finals
Same drill in the spring. Opens roughly three weeks before finals begin.
House Sorting Day
Help run the annual sorting ceremony — setup, check-in, shirt distribution, and cleanup.
How sign-ups work
- Pick a slot and enter your name and email — no account required
- You will get a confirmation email immediately and a reminder two days before
- Drop items at the front office by the listed date, labeled PSO — Snack Sacks
- Cannot make your slot? Release it from the link in your confirmation email so someone else can take it
Prefer to give instead of shop?
You can sponsor a snack sack for $15 and we will handle the shopping. This is genuinely just as helpful — and it covers students whose families cannot contribute.
